Independence
This is an independent reference site. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for the Drug Enforcement Administration, the Food and Drug Administration, the National Institutes of Health, the Home Office, the NHS, any other government body, any drug manufacturer, or any church, charity or campaign. In the past this domain was used by another organization for an anti-drug booklet; none of that material is used here and there is no connection with that organization. Brand names of medicines belong to their owners and are used only to identify the products described.
Advertising
The site is funded by advertising. When ads run (the site is applying to Google AdSense), they are served by Google and its partners in spaces separate from the text and they do not influence the content. The site does not accept advertising or payment from pharmacies, online prescribing services, treatment centers or drug makers to mention them, and it does not sell medicines. Seeing an ad here is not an endorsement of the advertiser.
Terms of use and intellectual property
Access is free. Users agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation. Texts, design and code belong to the publisher; quotations from official documents remain the property of their authors or are public domain where the law says so. Photographs come from Unsplash and are used under the Unsplash License, with credit on each page; they are illustrative and do not show the medicines described.
Privacy policy
Controller: Aigen Digital Marketing SL (details above). The site has no forms, accounts or comments and does not ask for personal data. The search box on the home page filters the table inside your browser; nothing you type is sent anywhere. The hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, date, page requested, browser) for security and technical operation, on the basis of legitimate interest, for the time set by the provider. If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply and delete them when the matter is closed. You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability by writing to the email above, and you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or, in the UK, to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Cookie policy
At present the site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising scripts.
